Sacraments Manager

The Sacraments Manager at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church requires a hard-working, flexible, joy-filled, and passionate individual. The Sacraments Team’s main objective is to ensure that every family, couple, and individual who seeks and receives the sacraments of matrimony or baptism, or a funeral or Quinceañera at St. Francis of Assisi has an exemplary experience from the moment of the initial inquiry to the completion of the liturgy. In addition, the Sacraments Manager role is to journey with each family, couple or individual to help deepen their faith in Christ and identify opportunities to continue growing in the faith and engage with St. Francis of Assisi after their liturgy is completed.  This position will also supervise the Sacraments Coordinator and determines specific responsibilities for the Coordinator, including managing work flow based on the needs at any given time.

The Receptionist at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church requires a friendly, welcoming, hard-working, flexible, joy-filled, and passionate individual. The Receptionist’s main objective is to answer the phones and welcome all visitors to St. Francis of Assisi with hospitality and joy. In addition, the Receptionist has various other duties such as keeping up to date on all parish activities and information to provide to callers/visitors, data entry, scheduling appointments/meetings for priests, Letters of Good Standing, maintaining supplies, selling merchandise at the front desk, maintaining the staff kitchen, staff birthdays/anniversary and other activities as assigned.

Children’s Ministry Coordinator

The Children’s Ministry Coordinator will oversee Children’s formation for K-5 th grade in English and working closely with the Children’s Ministry Coordinator in Spanish. This will include collaborating and helping lead the preparation for the Sacrament of Reconciliation and First Communion. This position will also collaborate with a passionate team seeking to advance the Kingdom of God. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and able to perform key tasks independently in a timely manner. This person should enjoy working in a collaborative team environment and is excited to join a growing Catholic parish with a vibrant culture and innovative community. This role will require a firm understanding of our Parish’s vision and values.
